Mindful Tips Against Stress

Nobody wants to be stressed but almost everybody does. It´s a curious thing indeed. Why should you be stressed? How not to be stressed? People say that happiness is a decision. Then why not to decide and be happy all the time? What stops you from keeping your life and emotions under control?  Life… Circumstances… People… Situations… and so on and on.

There are thousands of articles about mindset changes, attitude, you can write one yourself too – will you be happy all the time? Can you promise, keep it and never to be stressed? There is an easiest way to look at it. Just answer me one question: do you feel free and how you can prove that your actions, words and thoughts come from yourself? Take a few minutes to find out the answers. Now let´s look the stress into the eyes.

The reason why I asked you to think about how free you are is the following. You can be free in the terms of time, because it´s a weekend, you can be free being single, you can be free having your own business and so on. But you can also be free in your words and in your emotions; you can be free in your moods and thoughts, world perception and actions.
Whenever you feel upset, stressed, tired, angry, disappointed, annoyed – remember you are free to change your mood; you are free to change your thoughts and think positive. You are free to open up your eyes to the new opportunities instead of worries and troubles. Everybody loves freedom, don´t you?
Then feel the freedom, it doesn’t cost you money to be positive and joyful. Moreover it will motivate you and bring you more energy for your goals.
Whenever you are stressed, remind yourself that you are absolutely free to decide not to feel stressed. Think of how many things and opportunities there are in the world that can make you happy.

Practical mindfulness tips

Be grateful for what you have now and work happily to achieve your goals. There are so many people who have more difficulties, challenges and problems than you.
Practical case: imagine when you get a cold then you say to yourself: “If I were well this moment, I would do this and that…” Why then you feel stressed and upset, when you are ok and can do what you want.
Ok, you say that you can´t, but who stops you? – Yourself. Ok, you say, job, other people, opinions, money. We are always looking for pretexts and excuses instead of taking action. It is easier to sit worried instead of working. But if you think about it, why should you care about what people think, strike out what is imposed upon you, let go everything that makes you unhappy, the life is so much more than slaving yourself within negative emotions because of your fear to face the challenge into the eyes and start doing.
Everybody says: “Just do it.” But nobody says how, at least in a few sentences. It´s a modern paradox to say “go for it”. And you know what. The first step: When you actually know what you want, investigate who does the same, what there already exists in the area of your interest and join the people. Join communities, go to events, meet like-minded people, make exchange, and see how they did it and learn to do it. Invest in courses if you need knowledge, make money with what you like.
Everybody and each of us have a lot of experience and very often we neglect it. You can make money with languages, photography, movement, marketing, programming, dancing, singing, etc. There are a lot of location independent job opportunities, we forget about.
